We didn’t either !  Gabriel recently filed his documents with the court that TMZ obtained. But what he failed to put in his documents was  THE TRUTH. Our sources who are close to Halle’s manager Vince are claiming that Gabriel is bitter and hates to see  Halle happy. The source went on to say that he is getting $20,000 a month for the next 14 years and all he wants to do is cause problems.

When asked about what happened that morning the source said the below :

” Gabriel saw a opportunity to come  into the house and took it. Gabriel knows he is NOT supposed to walk up to the house and he did. When he did he met Olivier instead of Halle. After words were exchanged Gabriel got disrespectful “

We are guessing that is when he got his ass  beat! Dang Olivier ! Welp someone should have showed Gabriel “Unfaithful”. That would have showed him  what Olivier was working with in the fighting department.
