Tyga is currently getting sued over his video “Make it Nasty.” The three video vixens that inititated the suit, Alissa Rae Ross, Azia Davis, and Elizabeth Velasquez, filed lawsuits against Tyga over a misleading casting ad. The ad read:
There will be NO nudity involved in the video, and all the girls will be tastefully shot.”
The ladies were led to believe that their exposed nipples would be censored out of the final project; which was not the case. Tyga is getting sued for breach of contract, invasion of privacy, and fraud.
Side bar…the easiest way to ensure that you won’t be exposed is to keep them ta-tas tucked in your shirt ladies. What did y’all expect getting butt naked for a video for a song called “Make it Nasty”????
